2021-2022 Mountain West Basketball National TV Schedule Announced – Mountain West Connection

Mountain West basketball returns in just over a month and now we know where most of the games will be broadcasted. The conference and its national television partners, CBS and FOX, announced the broadcast lineup for the conference on Thursday.

49 games will be broadcasted by CBS Sports, including two on CBS, San Diego State at UNLV on Saturday, Jan. 1, and Nevada at San Diego State on Jan 8.

CBS Sports Network tips off its coverage on Thursday, Nov. 18 with a non-conference matchup between Arizona State and San Diego State. Utah State will host Saint Mary’s in another featured non-conference game on Thursday, Dec. 2.

Other prominent conference games featured on CBS Sports Network this season include:

Boise State at Utah State (Tuesday, Jan. 4 at 8 p.m. MT)

Utah State at Colorado State (Wednesday, Jan. 12 at 6 p.m. MT)

UNLV at San Diego State (Tuesday, Jan. 18 at 6 p.m. PT)

Boise State at San Diego State (Saturday, Jan. 22 at 6:30 p.m. PT)

Utah State at Nevada (Saturday, Jan. 29 TBA)

Colorado State at Nevada (Tuesday, Feb. 8 at 8 p.m. PT)

Utah State at San Diego State (Tuesday, Feb. 15 at 7 p.m. PT)

San Diego State at Boise State (Tuesday, Feb. 22 at 7 p.m. MT)

UNLV at Nevada (Tuesday, Feb. 22 at 8 p.m. PT)

Colorado State at San Diego State (Tuesday, March 1 at 7:30 p.m. PT)

San Diego State at Nevada (Saturday, March 5 at 7:30 p.m. PT)

32 games will be broadcasted on FS1 beginning with St. Mary’s visiting Colorado State on Saturday, Dec. 4. The Rams will be featured on FS1’s first conference game when they travel to face New Mexico on Tuesday, Dec. 28. Here are some of the notable Mountain West games on FS1 this season:

Colorado State at Boise State (Friday, Jan. 7 at 8:30 p.m. MT)

Boise State at Nevada (Wednesday, Jan 12 at 7:30 p.m. PT)

Nevada at Colorado State (Tuesday, Jan. 25 at 9 p.m. MT)

San Diego State at Utah State (Wednesday, Jan 26 at 9 p.m. MT)

Nevada at UNLV (Tuesday, Feb. 1 at 7:30 p.m. PT)

San Diego State at Colorado State (Friday, Feb. 4 at 7 p.m. MT)

Nevada at Utah State (Friday, Feb. 11 at 7 p.m. MT)

Colorado State at Utah State (Saturday, Feb. 26 at 8:30 p.m. MT)

Nevada at Boise State (Tuesday, March 1 at 7 p.m. MT)

CBS Sports will also remain as the home of the Mountain West Basketball Championships (March 9-12 in Las Vegas). CBS Sports Network will televise the quarterfinals and semifinals and CBS will broadcast the championship game.

Mountain West games not picked up by CBS or FOX will be available to be broadcasted on Stadium and the Mountain West Network. Those broadcasts will be announced at a later date.

Notable games not picked up by CBS or FOX include home UNLV games between Cal and UCLA, and Boise State home games between Saint Louis and Tulsa. Road non-conference and tournament games will be announced soon by those networks, or conferences, if not done so already.
