The Central Plumas Recreation and Park District’s youth basketball league sign-ups are wrapping up. The registration deadline for third through eighth grade basketball is Tuesday, Nov. 9. Any signups after the deadline include a $15 late  fee and are not guaranteed.
“Traditionally we have many parents have many parents sign up after the deadline has passed, but we cannot guarantee that option will be available this year as we transition to a new process for league information. We encourage all parents to please complete registration by the deadline to ensure your child’s spot in the league,” stated Recreation Supervisor  Conrad Gooley.

Meanwhile, the 5th through 8th grade leagues will be competing in a league with Portola, Loyalton, Chester, Indian Valley, and Downieville.
